CANCELLING A COURSE ENROLLMENT

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we have put in place a flexible cancellation procedure to meet your needs. Please review the following details:

Cancellation Period:

Cancellation Penalty:

This approach aims to balance the need to provide cancellation flexibility with the reality that our courses are accessible as soon as they are purchased. We are committed to handling your cancellation requests fairly and to providing you with all the assistance you need throughout this process. For any cancellation or additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team.

To cancel your enrollment, please refer to the section below: Your cancellation request must be made in writing.

As of the date your refund request email is sent, we will refund you, at the latest, within 10 days, if applicable.

  • You have a reasonable period of 14 days following the purchase date to cancel your enrollment in a course.
  • However, please note that a penalty will be applied, given that the course or courses begin immediately after their purchase.

CANCELLATION FEES AND PENALTIES APPLICABLE TO TRAINING COURSES

When cancelling your enrollment in a training course, please take the following elements into consideration for an accurate understanding of the costs involved:

You will be responsible for paying two separate amounts:

Penalty Calculation:

  • The cost of the courses already completed.
  • A penalty in accordance with the applicable legislation.
  • The penalty is determined as the lower amount between $50 or 10% of the total price of the courses not taken.
  • a. No Training Completed:
  • You enrolled in two training courses, CPR for the General Public ($59.11) and First Aid for Anaphylactic Allergic Reactions ($29.11), at a cost of $88.22. If neither of the two courses has been completed, no training fee will be charged. However, a penalty of $8.82 will be applied (10% of the total price of the two courses), resulting in a refund of $79.40.
  • b. Training Partially Completed:
  • You enrolled in two training courses, CPR for the General Public ($59.11) and First Aid for Anaphylactic Allergic Reactions ($29.11), at a cost of $88.22. If the CPR for the General Public course (costing $59.11) is completed, you will have to pay for that course in full. In addition, a penalty of $2.91 will be applied (10% of the price of the course not taken), resulting in a refund of $26.20.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF A FULL REFUND OR CHARGEBACK

Please note that no refund can be requested for a training course that has actually been taken, completed, and passed. This policy is intended to guarantee the integrity of the assessment process and to recognize the value of the knowledge acquired during the training. We encourage you to take this into consideration before enrolling in our training programs. For any additional questions or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team.
